Breakfast was great. A very wide choice and everything cooked to perfection. Huge attention to detail. Very safe - only guests had access to rooms. There was also a restaurant to eat in the evenings. Room was very spacious, even though we were three. Beds were very large and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and everything worked very well. Convenient shuttle to Disneyland. The surrounding area felt very safe to walk around. There was a large shopping mall a few metres away from the hotel, where we could do some shopping.

For a cheap hotel it does the job! It’s close to Disneyland via bus or Uber. We didn’t try the breakfast or bar but it looked good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were very pleased with this small but pretty apartment. Our children liked very much the decoration! Close to a big shopping center and having the aparthotel where it is located a free shuttle bus to/from Eurodisney. Camélia was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Thank you very much! We will consider it again if it is available next time we visit Eurodisney.

Very spatious for a family of 3. Could accommodate 4 persons easily with comfortable bad and extendable sofa. Location - close to restaurants, brasserie, Val d'Europe shopping center, 2 bus stops from Disneyland. Kitchen well equipped. Silent area. Easy to use and nice inside pool.

A great option for people with older children visiting Disneyland - (approximately 2 km walking distance), a large shopping center right next to it,good communication with Paris.
*The only minus was the lack of duvet covers - we booked an apartment for 3 adults and 1 child and we got only one set of double bed sheets - and a second bed without a duvet cover ,only two towels for 4 people - I tried contact the owner but unfortunately: No answer…
There was a Primark where we had to buy the missing bedding by ourselves.

In addition to visiting Disneyland and Paris we had time to visit local restaurants and shops. Our favourite restaurant was Nonna et Nonno in the beautiful plaza just outside the shopping centre because the grandchildren could have pasta and pizza which they never seem to get tired of. Everyone in our party of nine enjoyed their food and drinks. We spent a morning at Val d'Europe - great if you're a shopaholic which I am not so when the sun came out we knew we had to sample some delicious flavoured ice creams which pleased the grandchildren and us grandparents. The younger members of the family. having their own fitness regimes, were delighted to find a gym just four minutes away where they experienced friendly people and great facilities. Location to Disney is the big sell here. Close enough to the action, able to stay right to the end knowing there is shuttle bus that will take you right back! Clean , spacious apartment located at a convenient location. Instructions given on how to find and access the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Felt very homey as everything needed were there. A 5 star accommodation. Information booklet provided was very useful and reliable to our stay, especially for places to eat. Would recommend.

Excellent location with a free bus to Disneyland Paris within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Staff very friendly and once checked out the room you can leave luggage at the hotel so you can enjoy your last day without worrying about taking luggage with you. Great shopping and restaurants close by. Hotel does need a face lift in some communal areas.

Serris is a lovely clean area which is in a fantastic location right next to the Val d''Europe shopping centre and walking distance to the Disneyland Parks. It was very pretty at Christmas with all the lights :)

Great instructions in file in apartment on how to access bus, taxi, shopping centre etc. Our trip was to visit Disneyland Paris, after staying here just outside would never book to stay at the Disney hotels. Great location across the road from Val D'Europe shopping centre with an abundance of shops and restaurants for your stay and only a 15min walk to Disneyland. Has everything you need in the apartment and it's very clean, well looked after and comfortable. Gaëlle is a great host and checks in to make sure everything is ok. If ever visiting Paris again this will be the first place we look for.

Was a 20 min walk to Disneyland and 5 min walk to the large shopping centre, the train station was a 10 min walk and a 40 min train ride to central Paris.
